Where are you based?

We are located at 1 Thane Villas, N7 7PH. This is our only location.

How do I book an appointment?

Click the ‘BOOK NOW’ button at the top for bookings and availability. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

Do you offer hair styling?

No we do not. Our treatments focus on scalp care. We offer a dry-off after your treatment to ensure you are not left with wet hair but we do not offer anything more than that.

Do you cater to hijabi women?

Yes, our salon and studios are completely private and hijabi friendly. All our therapists are women.

What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. There is also a rescheduling option in your booking confirmation email. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future appointment if rescheduled within this timeframe.

Can I have a Head Spa treatment while pregnant?

Japanese Head Spa (not suitable during pregnancy)

For safety reasons, our Japanese Head Spa is not offered during pregnancy. Some techniques and pressure points used in this treatment may not be suitable at this time.

15-Step Korean Head Spa (pregnancy-friendly)

Our 15-Step Korean Head Spa is safe during pregnancy, as it does not use any contraindicated pressure points. We adjust the treatment to keep it gentle, relaxing, and comfortable throughout.

Can we get the head spa treatment done with extensions/braids?

Proper access to the scalp is essential for our services. Therefore, we cannot perform treatments on customers with extensions, braids or sew-ins, as these hinder access to the scalp.

Can we get the treatment done at the same time as our friends?

Yes, we offer duo treatments (for 2 people).

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes we sell gift vouchers! You can choose any amount and send them directly to the recipient or yourself. Simply visit our gift voucher section on our website to get started.

Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?

No need to wash your hair before your appointment! We recommend waiting at least 48 hours so we can assess your hair and scalp properly. Don’t worry—we’ll do a thorough cleanse as part of your head spa treatment.

What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?

Please inform us if you’re running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment time will be reduced. Arrivals over 15 minutes late will be treated as a no-show and be cancelled, and the no-show policy will apply.
